Every build gives you the plan to send and the sheet to book from.
Most tools hand you an itinerary and stop. The itinerary is the part your client reads — it is not the part you work from. Park Protocol produces both in the same five minutes: a polished plan your client keeps, and a booking worksheet with the descriptive language stripped out and every decision you have to price laid out in order.

Your client's information never passes through us
You run the builder while you are with them, or you send them the link and they fill it in themselves. Either way, we never ask you to email us a client's details — not their name, not their dates, not their party, not their accessibility needs.
We will not run a build for you either, and that is deliberate rather than a limitation. Ask ten pieces of software what happens to your client's information and most of them will be vague about it. This is the whole answer.

What it does not do
It does not book anything. It plans and organises; you book and you earn the commission. That boundary is why it never states a price.
It does not talk to your client. Everything it produces goes to you, or goes to them because you sent it.
It does not replace what you know. It produces a draft you own and edit. Your judgement is what turns it into a booking.
The park information is a verified snapshot with its date on the document, not a live feed. That is what makes a build take five minutes instead of twenty. Check anything time-sensitive before you quote it.
It is AI-generated and it can get a detail wrong. It flags the problems it finds rather than claiming there are none, and you review it before it reaches anyone.

Will it undercut my pricing?
No. It never states a price, a rate, or an estimate — not in the itinerary, not in the PDF, not in the worksheet. It is designed that way. Your margin stays yours and stays invisible.
Does my client ever see the booking worksheet?
No. The worksheet only ever reaches you, including when your client filled in the whole intake themselves on their own device. It is not hidden in their view — it is not in what they receive at all.
Is the park information current?
It is a verified snapshot with its date on the document, not a live feed. That is the trade that makes a build take about five minutes. Check anything time-sensitive before you quote it.
How long does a build actually take?
About five minutes for a multi-day, multi-park trip. Refinements are faster than that and do not cost you another build.
I already use an itinerary tool. How is this different?
Most itinerary software is a formatter. You decide which parks on which days, what the party can actually handle, and what needs booking when — the tool makes the result presentable. That is where those tools (Travefy and others like it) stop.
Park Protocol starts earlier. It builds the plan itself, and the routing, pacing and trade-offs in it come from someone who worked Disney resort concierge, Universal guest contact and transportation across Orlando. Then it formats both documents, and you refine either one for the client in front of you.
What happens to my builds if I cancel?
They stay usable for 30 days, then any unused balance is forfeited. Re-subscribe inside those 30 days and your balance comes back in full. If you move to a smaller plan you keep every build you have banked and nothing expires.
Can I buy this as a traveller?
At this time the Park Protocol Itinerary Planner is only available for purchase to travel agents/agencies. If you'd like to use this planner, please reach out to your favorite travel agent and inquire about it through them. If they aren't using it for their bookings yet, refer them to parkprotocol.com. Do you offer refunds?
Yes. An entirely unused purchase can be refunded within 14 days. That covers a one-off build, a build pack, or a new subscription started by mistake. A build counts as used once it has been started, completed, or sent to a client.
Renewals of an existing subscription are not refundable, and billing errors are always put right whatever the date. If a build fails, we replace it rather than refund it. Full detail is in our refund policy.
