Terms of service
These Terms aim to answer any question you may have about how Park Protocol works day to day. If something isn't covered here, email hello@parkprotocol.com and we'll gladly clarify.
What you are buying
Park Protocol turns a completed intake into a detailed, day-by-day Orlando theme-park itinerary. You buy build unlocks. One unlock produces one build.
Edits and refinements to a build you have already run do not cost you another unlock. There is a limit of five refinements per build, which exists to keep the service affordable and is far above normal use.
Subscriptions
Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. We email you three days before each renewal, so you always have time to cancel or change plan before you are charged.

Your builds are granted on your own renewal date, not on a shared date.
Unused builds roll over while you are subscribed, up to a maximum of three times your monthly allowance. Each month's builds are always added to your account. If your balance is already at that maximum, your oldest unused build expires to make room, so your account always shows both what was granted and what was expired.
Moving to a smaller plan never costs you builds. If you downgrade, you keep every build you have banked and nothing expires. New monthly builds simply pause until your balance is back within your new plan's limit. Nothing is taken from you for choosing a plan that fits you better.
Upgrading never costs you builds either. Plan changes take effect at your next renewal, anything you have already paid for stays available, and your banked builds carry across.
Cancelling. Your builds stay usable for 30 days after the end of the month you have already paid for. After that, any unused balance is forfeited. Re-subscribe inside those 30 days and your balance comes back in full.
Extra builds
If you run out mid-month you can buy a single extra build at any time. Active subscribers pay their plan's rate — $38 on Starter, $32 on Pro, $28 on Master, $25 on Agent Guru. Without an active subscription, a single build is $45. Extra builds do not count toward your rollover limit and do not expire while your subscription is active.
Build packs
A build pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It does not renew and will never charge you again.

Every build is added to your account immediately when you buy. Pack builds never expire and are not subject to any rollover limit. They are not affected by cancelling a subscription, because a pack is not a subscription.
For 12 months from your purchase date, you can also buy single extra builds at your pack's matching rate. When your builds run low, you buy another pack at whatever pricing applies then — we will not renew it for you.
Sending a build to a client
You can send a build to a client to complete themselves. That unlock is set aside the moment you send it, and it is spent for good once your client starts, whether or not they finish. If they never start, it returns to your account after 14 days.
Your booking worksheet is yours alone. The agent worksheet — commission notes, hotel and ticket requirements, party needs, quality findings — is only ever shown to you. It is never delivered to a guest or to a client completing a build you sent them.
Founding rate
Agents who subscribe during the founding period keep their signup price for 12 months from the date they subscribe. After 12 months, current pricing applies. These Terms are your notice of that; we will not send a separate reminder.
Free first build
Free first builds are offered by invitation and are limited to one per verified agent, ever. They are not transferable and are not available on request.
What we do and do not do
Park Protocol plans trips. We do not book anything and we do not take a commission. You book, and you earn.
Output is AI-generated and can contain errors. Park times, show schedules, prices and availability change constantly. You are the professional in the room: review every build before it reaches a client. Do not send our output to a client unread.
Independence
Park Protocol is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or Universal Destinations & Experiences, or any of their subsidiaries.
Your account
Your builds live in the account matching the email you check out with. Use the same email address for buying and for signing in — a different address creates a separate account and your builds will not appear in it. If that happens, email us and we will merge them.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version always applies, and material changes will be reflected here. Continuing to use Park Protocol after a change means you accept it.
