Refund policy

Park Protocol sells digital products. They are not refundable once used.

A build unlock is delivered to your account the moment your payment succeeds, and it counts as redeemed as soon as it is used. Because of that, we do not refund builds that have been run, subscription months whose builds were granted and used, or any part of a purchase that has been consumed.

If you bought something by mistake, email us.

An entirely unused purchase may be refunded within 14 days of the purchase date. This covers one-off builds, build packs, and a new subscription started by mistake and never used. Email hello@parkprotocol.com from your account email address with your order confirmation details and a short note about what happened.

Before any refund is issued we check the whole purchase for use. A build counts as used when:

  • it has been started or completed, or
  • it has been sent to a client — sending spends it, whether or not the client opens it.

A purchase qualifies only if every build in it is unused. One build run out of a 60-build pack makes that pack a used purchase.

Renewals of an existing subscription are not refundable. Once a subscription has run past its first month you have chosen to keep it, and every renewal puts that month's builds in your account straight away. We email you three days before each renewal, so you always have time to cancel or move to a smaller plan first. Cancel any time from your account and you will not be charged again.

We aim to respond to refund requests within two business days.

Billing errors are always put right. If you were charged twice for the same thing, or charged after cancelling, that is a billing error rather than a purchase, and we refund it in full regardless of the 14-day window. Email us.

If a build fails, we replace it rather than refund it. If something goes wrong on our side and you do not get a usable itinerary, tell us and we will return the unlock to your account so you can run it again. That is faster than a refund and you keep the build you paid for.

Please email before disputing a charge. A chargeback suspends the account it came from while it is investigated, including any builds still in it. We would much rather just fix the problem.
